Abstract:
Tests conducted under extreme heat conditions (48–62°C) show demonstrable increases in cognitive precision and memory consolidation when practitioners synchronise breath frequency with thermal stimuli. The ritual aligns the practitioner’s autonomic rhythm with the environment, reducing unnecessary neural expenditure.
